Training and induction


How do you find the information you need? We facilitate a range of approaches for all staff and students working in North Cumbria. Contact us| to discuss your needs and book a session. 

Meeting your needs

  • All of our training can be tailored to individuals or Teams and may be delivered in the workplace, Libraries or Learning Spaces.
  • Shorter sessions of ten minutes or more may be delivered during ward or departmental meetings. 
  • We provide training on a range of online information resources- these are just a selection.
  • Or select from our Multimedia options if you prefer.
  • We facilitate reflective learning tools and techniques to share knowledge before, during and after all work we are all involved in.

Requirements

  • Basic IT skills are necessary to participate in any of our training. Further information about staff IT training is available from North Cumbria IM&T Training (Intranet site)
