Health Information Week 2020:  6th to 12th July

Health Information Week is a national, multi-sector campaign promoting high-quality information for patients and the public. The themes for this year have been refocused around the current Coronavirus crisis and are around finding information you can trust and wellbeing.

Every week day this week we will highlight a useful information resource that you and your patients can trust. 

Day 5 Friday 10th July  -  Looking after your own health and wellbeing

Did you know that recreational reading is good for your mental health and wellbeing?

During this time with many libraries closed you can still access free ebook and eAudio books from Cumbria Public Library Service.  See here|| for details of how to access Borrowbox service|.

Cumbria Library Service members can borrow up to 6 eBooks and 6 eAudiobooks at any one time, from a range of fiction, non-fiction, children's and young adult titles for up to 3 weeks.

A reminder too that the Staff Helpline| is there for all staff, regardless of your role and level.
